We want every client to be confident in their decision to work with ESSWEB. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our social media management services.
1. Scope
This policy applies to monthly subscriptions and one-time engagements purchased directly from ESSWEB LTD via our website or by signed proposal. It does not cover third-party fees (e.g., platform ad spend you authorize separately).
2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for New Clients
If you are a new client and you are not satisfied with our Services during your first 7 calendar days from the initial billing date, you may request a full refund of your first monthly subscription payment. To qualify:
- You must submit your refund request in writing to support@essweb.online within the 7-day window;
- Your account must be in good standing (no breach of our Terms of Service);
- We must not yet have delivered the full first-month scope of work (custom strategy, content production, etc.). If significant work has been completed and delivered, a prorated refund may be offered instead at our reasonable discretion.
3. Monthly Subscriptions — After the 7-Day Window
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. After the 7-day window, completed months of service are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing cycle.
- Services already delivered during the current cycle are not refunded.
- We will continue delivering the contracted scope until the end of the paid cycle.
4. Custom & Annual Engagements
Custom proposals, annual prepayments, and milestone-based engagements follow the refund terms documented in the signed proposal. If no specific terms are written, this Refund Policy applies on a prorated basis based on work completed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@essweb.online with:
- The full name and email on your account;
- The order or invoice ID;
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original card (Visa or Mastercard). Banks may take additional time to display the refund on your statement.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We work hard to resolve every issue fairly and most disputes can be resolved directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate termination of Services.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom assets, brand guidelines, and content delivered and approved;
- Third-party costs (e.g., licensed stock media, platform fees);
- Engagements terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Existing engagements will be governed by the policy in effect on the date of purchase.
